Our products

Skilled experts using natural stone handcraft every sculpture. Because each piece is made by hand you might notice slight differences in colour and texture. These natural variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted art and make every sculpture unique. We make every effort to display our products accurately but colours might appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

Custom orders

We love creating sculptures that are designed around your ideas. If you are placing a custom order we will discuss the design dimensions material and other details before the production begins. Once everything is approved our experts begin carving your sculpture. As custom sculptures are created specifically for you changes or cancellations might not be possible after production has started.

Pricing and payments

All the prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after the payment has been received or as mutually agreed upon. For custom sculptures an advance payment might be required before work begins. Any applicable taxes or delivery charges will be shared with you before your order is finalized.

Delivery and installation

We carefully pack every sculpture to ensure it reaches you safely. Delivery timelines might vary depending on the size of the sculpture destination whether it’s ready made or custom order. While we always try to deliver within the estimated time frame unexpected delays caused by transport or other circumstances beyond our control might occur occasionally. For larger sculptures and selected projects we also offer professional installation at your location.

Return and refunds

Customer satisfaction is very important to us if your sculpture arrives damaged during transit please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the damage. We will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution. As every custom structure is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is damaged during delivery.

Cancellations

Readymade orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. For custom orders cancellation requests can only be accepted before production begins. Once carving the order cannot be cancelled because the sculpture is being created exclusively for you.

Intellectual property

Everything you see on this website including our photographs, product descriptions, designs , logos and written content belongs to us. Please do not copy or use any part of our website without our permission.

Limitation of liability

We take great care in creating, packing and delivering every sculpture. But we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control including transportation disruptions or natural disasters. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.
